WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

This Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk (the "Waiver") is entered into by and between Femme Biohacker LLC (the "Company") and the undersigned participant (the "Participant") for Lumière Immersion at The Miami Beach EDITION in Miami, Florida in United States from May 31 to June 3, 2026 ("Lumière - The Immersion").

1. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION: I, the Participant, acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in Lumière - The Immersion organized by the Company at The Miami Beach EDITION in Miami, Florida in United States.

2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I understand and acknowledge that my participation in Lumière - The Immersion involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
a) Health issues related to food, water, or local conditions
b) Travel-related accidents or incidents
c) Natural disasters or adverse weather conditions
d) Crime, civil unrest, or terrorism
e) Personal injury or illness
f) Emotional or psychological discomfort or distress

I further acknowledge that Lumière - The Immersion may include activities designed to promote personal growth, self-reflection, and emotional exploration. These activities may lead to intense emotional experiences, psychological distress, or the surfacing of past traumas. I understand that such experiences, while potentially beneficial, can also be challenging and may result in temporary or lasting emotional or psychological effects.

I knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks, both known and unknown, and assume full responsibility for my participation in Lumière - The Immersion. I accept that the Company cannot guarantee any specific emotional or psychological outcomes from my participation in Lumière - The Immersion.

3. WAIVER OF LIABILITY: In consideration of being permitted to participate in Lumière - The Immersion, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, personal representatives, and assigns, hereby release, waive, and discharge the Company, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me, while participating in Lumière - The Immersion or while in, on, or upon the premises of The Miami Beach EDITION hotel in Miami where Lumière - The Immersion is being conducted.

4. INDEMNIFICATION: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorneys' fees, that may incur due to my participation in Lumière - The Immersion.

5. NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOMES: I acknowledge that the Company has made no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, regarding any outcomes, benefits, or results from my participation in Lumière - The Immersion. I understand that individual experiences and results may vary.

6. HEALTH AND SAFETY: I certify that I am physically fit and have not been advised to not participate in Lumière - The Immersion by a qualified medical professional. I certify that there are no health-related reasons or problems which preclude my participation in Lumière - The Immersion.

7. GOVERNING LAW: This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Waiver shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the State of Florida, United States.

8. SEVERABILITY: If any provision of this Waiver is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By agreeing, I acknowledge that I have read this Waiver, understand its contents, and agree to be bound by its terms. I understand that by signing this Waiver, I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions you confirm that you are aware and in agreement with the payment schedule and cancellation policy.

You can either pay your retreat in full or consecutive equal monthly payments:
VIP Day
- Pay-in-full: $2,222USD
- Pay in 2 equal monthly payments: 2x $1,111USD
Single Occupancy Room
- Pay-in-full: $1,111USD

Failure to respect a payment may result in you loosing your spot.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We appreciate your interest in this retreat. Given that a minimum number of women is required to make this experience possible for all, we value that you will honour your commitment, out of respect for yourself and the group. This is non-refundable.

NOTE: If the event is cancelled by the organizer, you will be fully refunded and notified before March 31, 2026.

FINE PRINTS:
- Not included in the price of this retreat is the airfare to Miami as well as the airport transportation to the resort (we can assist with providing recommendations).
- Your spot will be confirmed only once you either pay-in-full or pay the first monthly payment.
