Arrival — Cairo

The moment you land, something shifts. Not because of where you are… but because something in you recognizes it.

Day 1: Fly to Aswan — The Return to the Land

You arrive on an exclusive private sanctuary in a sacred island by the Old Gate of the original Isis temple. Here your body will fully arrive as you will be held in stillness, proximity, and presence by Jasmeen and her team. Not removed from Egypt— but inside the very heart of it.

Day 2: Isis Temple — The Remembering

You will enter this temple as someone who has been here before. Isis ceremony guided within the living field of the land.

Day 3-4: The Nile — The Softening

The sailing begins on our private luxury Dahabieh. Here time moves…slowly. Integration begins. Your system recalibrates to something more natural. More true.

Day 5-6-7: Luxor — Power & Devotion

We go meet Karnak, home of Sekhmet as well as Dandera, the temple of Hathor. We explore the Valley of the Kings. Power and heart are no longer separate.

Day 8: Cairo — The Threshold

Private visit of the Sphinx followed by exploration of the Giza plateau. We return at night for a Private Pyramid access. You meet yourself in a frequency that feels… familiar. And yet, entirely new.

Day 9: Full Moon — The Integration

Exploring the mysteries of Saqqara and the Serapeum. Closing full moon ceremony.

Day 10: October 27 — The Closing

Not an ending. A stabilization. Of what has been reactivated. Everyone flies back home.

2) Deposit + Monthly Payments

A $5,000 USD deposit is required to hold your spot. Monthly payments will begin the following month as follow:

- Double occupancy: 3 monthly payments of $2,488

- Single occupancy: 3 monthly payments of $3,288

All payments must be completed before October 1, 2026.

*Excludes your transportation to and from Cairo as well as tip to boat and support crew. Some individual meals and snacks might be at your expense.

Is this a retreat or a guided tour?
This is an immersive, guided experience designed for activation, release, and embodiment.

You will move through Egypt with intention—not as a tourist, but within a held field that supports deep personal and energetic recalibration.
Do I need to have prior spiritual or healing experience?
No.

But this experience is designed for women who are already self-aware, open, and ready to go deeper.

You don’t need knowledge—but you do need readiness.

What's not included is your transportation to get to Cairo as well as your stay before October 17 or after the 27. The Egyptian culture is big on tipping, so planning to have money to tip is important.

Is Egypt safe, especially given the current situation in the Middle East?
Yes.

Egypt remains a stable and well-established destination for international travel, including luxury and guided experiences. The regions we will be visiting (Cairo, Aswan, Luxor, and along the Nile) are major tourism areas with strong infrastructure and security in place.

We are working closely with experienced local partners and guides to ensure that all logistics, transportation, and site visits are handled with care and up-to-date awareness.

Your safety, comfort, and overall experience are a top priority throughout the journey.
Can I come alone?
Yes—and most women do.

What happens if the situation changes or travel becomes unsafe?
If, in the unlikely event that travel to Egypt becomes unsafe or restricted due to geopolitical developments:

-The journey will be postponed or rescheduled to a later date
-All participants will be offered the option to:
transfer their spot to the new dates, or
receive a refund excluding any non-recoverable expenses already paid to third-party providers (such as hotels, permits, or internal flights)

We will always act in alignment with official travel advisories and trusted on-the-ground guidance.
Should I get travel insurance?
Yes—this is strongly recommended.

We require all participants to carry comprehensive travel insurance that includes:

trip cancellation or interruption
medical coverage
emergency evacuation

This ensures you are fully protected in the case of unforeseen changes or personal circumstances.

Monthly payments will begin one month after the deposit is made. All payments must be completed before October 1, 2026.

Refund Terms:

Deposits are fully refundable within 14 days of being made. After this 14-day period, all deposits become non-refundable.
Pay-in-full payments are also fully refundable within 14 days of payment. After this 14-day period, the full amount paid becomes non-refundable.
The 14-day refund period begins on the date your payment is received.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to phil@vanessagrutman.com within the 14-day period.
In the event the retreat is cancelled by the organizers, all deposits and payments received will be fully refunded.
